By booking services with Monaco Premium Tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and our company for luxury tour services in Monaco.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in Euros and include all specified luxury services.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% fee. We reserve the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns with full refund.

4. Tour Requirements

Guests must be appropriately dressed for luxury venues. Children under 12 must be supervised. We maintain the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior or attire that doesn't meet venue standards.

5. Liability
